“Nick had been to my property previously to repair the water heater, but it was in need of replacement. Because it was an old unit, in an odd-shaped place in the house, a special water heater had to be ordered. Nick and Nathan made everything effortless for me, and the work was started quickly after the initial call was placed. The next day I had a new water heater, and updated venting and gas lines. Nick was professional and efficient, and Nathan was very flexible on allowing me to make a payment arrangement for the next day as the techs worked nearly until supper time and making it to the office before closing wasn't an option. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs repair work or replacement of a water heater.”

“Had trouble with my oil furnace again. Had reset it myself but the furnace finally went in to a "hard lockdown-call service" alert. Spencer was really busy that day but Robin was sent out to my farm right away. He discovered that the problem was technical and had it solved in good time. Robin stayed and made sure that the furnace was cycling properly before he left. He was very polite and explained the problem very well so that I understood what had happened.
