I believe that unfortunately the good ol days of “Customer Service” and respect the customer are looong gone, died somewhere in the 80’s I think… I always said if I come across the old school customer service mentality that blows my mind. That we all see an love on the movies from the 30’s and 40’s, I would definitely do a post. Well I’m 43 and believe this is my first post\reviews on a company. Gotta give credit where credit is do.

They took the time to assess my situation properly when others wouldn't and I ended up with a unit installed, in the proper location, that cools my 1 bedroom condo perfectly. I'm now done with costly, noisy portable AC's and the dirt that gets in because of them. It costs me around $10 a month to run my unit 24/7 and I barely hear the thing running. They are very professional, knowledgeable and considerate so I highly recommend!”
