“Service was good. It was the lack of follow up that was poor. Had issue checked November 29th. I eventually called for an update December 5th as I heard nothing, and was told I’d get a call back. No such luck, called again December 6th and kind of got an update. Finally December 9th I received an estimate for the work. So pretty disappointed how long it took.
Aqua Temp responded quickly and professionally when I contacted them. I would highly recommend the company and repair staff. Thank you Aqua Temp!”

“Nick had been to my property previously to repair the water heater, but it was in need of replacement. Because it was an old unit, in an odd-shaped place in the house, a special water heater had to be ordered. Nick and Nathan made everything effortless for me, and the work was started quickly after the initial call was placed. The next day I had a new water heater, and updated venting and gas lines. Nick was professional and efficient, and Nathan was very flexible on allowing me to make a payment arrangement for the next day as the techs worked nearly until supper time and making it to the office before closing wasn't an option. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs repair work or replacement of a water heater.”

“Had trouble with my oil furnace again. Had reset it myself but the furnace finally went in to a "hard lockdown-call service" alert. Spencer was really busy that day but Robin was sent out to my farm right away. He discovered that the problem was technical and had it solved in good time. Robin stayed and made sure that the furnace was cycling properly before he left. He was very polite and explained the problem very well so that I understood what had happened. “I had a tenant who was having water heater difficulties, and after calling AquaTemp in the evening, I was given options on when the service techs could come as well as being told about any fees associated with the call (ie. after hours call out fees, etc) so I was able to make a decision dependent on how emergent the situation was. “Moved into a new house that needed a lot of work. Aquatemp was able to handle just about everything, from replacing old equipment like the water heater to installing new equipment like a gas fireplace and modern HRV system. Got to know all the technicians. Everyone was professional and extremely good at what they were doing. Timelines were known and kept. Communication was impeccable. Highly recommend and already planning to hire them again for the next project.
I live in the country about 1/2 hour from Saskatoon. Had trouble with my Olsen oil furnace. After spending over an hour on the phone trying to find someone who could still trouble shoot and repair my furnace I finally picked AquaTemp. They sent out Spencer and Brent the afternoon that I phoned. They were able to get my furnace running but the motor would have to be replaced and a new motor would have to be found. They assured me that they would do their best – – and they did!! They will return with a new motor ASAP. These guys were very polite, knowledgeable and prompt. They will be my "go to" guys in the future!! Many thanks to you all at AquaTemp.”

Our furnace failed 2 weeks ago on the coldest day of the year. I was on my way to Philly and was not due back home for at least a week when my wife called. We had Aquatemp out for a furnace repair a couple months earlier so we called them again thinking it was the same issue. My wife and I had a 3 person call with Nelson and he took care of the rest. He sent out one of his already overworked crew out the same day. He arrived earlier than expected with an electric heater in hand. It was determined that we needed a new blower fan and that aquatemp would price one out for us with the warning that, given the age of the furnace, we may be further ahead by replacing the furnace. He left the heater behind so that my wife could remain reasonably comfortable. Robin came out the next day, with a second heater, to quote a new furnace install for us. The decision was made to replace the furnace along with a duct cleaning. This is now 2 weeks later. Both heaters are still working fine. It is consistently -30 degrees outside and we are able to stay comfortable thanks to Aquatemp’s heaters. Berk was just here to do the duct cleaning. Very professional. Very friendly. Very thorough. We did a walk through and Berk explained what he was going to do before he started and did another walk through after he was done. He did a fantastic job Our experience with Aquatemp has been great. Don’t let cheaper prices fool you. You get what you pay for but with these guys you get extra. Extra customer service. Extra dependability. Extra honesty. Extra courtesy. And the big one, EXTRA INTEGRITY! They show up as a contractor and leave as a friend. These guys all do their jobs in such a way that they can hold their heads high if they meet their customers on the street a week, a month, or even a year later. Top shelf people. cannot recommend them highly enough. You can trust them!!!

“We had a problem with the boiler it was dripping and so I called Tim and sent him pictures he gave me great advice and was very knowledgeable about the problem. AquaTemp came out and ordered the part that was faulty. When the part came in they fixed the problem and cleaned and checked the whole system. The only thing I didn’t like was the names they had for there services. ie I got the bandaid service. AquaTemp obviously wants you to pay for a bigger package that you might not need. “We had a furnace malfunction on a Sunday and it was determined that we needed a new furnace. Kaelen brought us some portable heaters to use temporarily. Tim came out the next day to show us our options and his team was there 3 days later and installed a new furnace and water heater. The technicians were friendly and answered any questions we had during the install. When the install was complete the job site was very well cleaned and you would not have been able to tell the technicians had been there (other than new equipment). “I had a representative from Aqua Temp come to my home to give me an estimate on a new hot water tank and furnace, he was very thorough checking out my heat exchanger for any cracks and then going over many options to improve the efficiency of my heating system and hot water supply. He was very pleasant to deal with and easy to understand and he gave me several printed off options for new high efficiency system. I would recommend anyone to have this consultation done by Aqua Temp before deciding on using another company which might not be as detailed and informative – as an example another company gave me an estimate for a new furnace and water heater by email without even coming to my home.
