Nick and Nathan made everything effortless for me, and the work was started quickly after the initial call was placed. The next day I had a new water heater, and updated venting and gas lines. Nick was professional and efficient, and Nathan was very flexible on allowing me to make a payment arrangement for the next day as the techs worked nearly until supper time and making it to the office before closing wasn't an option.
