“Had trouble with my oil furnace again. Had reset it myself but the furnace finally went in to a "hard lockdown-call service" alert. Spencer was really busy that day but Robin was sent out to my farm right away. He discovered that the problem was technical and had it solved in good time. Robin stayed and made sure that the furnace was cycling properly before he left. He was very polite and explained the problem very well so that I understood what had happened. It was something technical that only a service repair person could fix. AquaTemp has been and will continue to be my "go to" people for my oil furnace problems. I can't thank them enough.
