It was the lack of follow up that was poor. Had issue checked November 29th. I eventually called for an update December 5th as I heard nothing, and was told I’d get a call back. No such luck, called again December 6th and kind of got an update. Finally December 9th I received an estimate for the work. So pretty disappointed how long it took.”
