Because it was an old unit, in an odd-shaped place in the house, a special water heater had to be ordered. Nick and Nathan made everything effortless for me, and the work was started quickly after the initial call was placed. The next day I had a new water heater, and updated venting and gas lines. Nick was professional and efficient, and Nathan was very flexible on allowing me to make a payment arrangement for the next day as the techs worked nearly until supper time and making it to the office before closing wasn't an option. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs repair work or replacement of a water heater.”

“I had a tenant who was having water heater difficulties, and after calling AquaTemp in the evening, I was given options on when the service techs could come as well as being told about any fees associated with the call (ie. after hours call out fees, etc) so I was able to make a decision dependent on how emergent the situation was. Nick arrived in the morning, made the necessary adjustments to the water heater, and then explained to me the situation as it was now, and what would be possible for the future. I appreciated him answering all of my questions, and he was very helpful on offering different options for replacement of the current unit.
10/10 – I would recommend.”

“We had a furnace malfunction on a Sunday and it was determined that we needed a new furnace. Kaelen brought us some portable heaters to use temporarily. Tim came out the next day to show us our options and his team was there 3 days later and installed a new furnace and water heater. The technicians were friendly and answered any questions we had during the install. When the install was complete the job site was very well cleaned and you would not have been able to tell the technicians had been there (other than new equipment). I would highly recommend Aquatemp to anyone looking for any of the services they provide.”
