“Absolutely top-notch company.
We'd been working on a cabin renovation and were repeatedly disappointed by a handful of other contractors. When it came time to install a mini-split ductless heat pump system, we decided to try AquaTemp.
Our experience with them was phenomenal. I'm talking every step of the process… from quoting to scheduling to installation. We were blown away by their professionalism and their attention to detail. Well, more than that, they were also great folks to work with.
They kept us updated with the travel status of their estimator and technicians… sent descriptions of the vehicles they'd be driving…. arrived on time… finished on time… plus they were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and respectful.
Justin and Brent handled the installation for us, and you'd be hard-pressed to find two friendlier or more capable technicians. And their work was absolutely impeccable. Can't even begin to say enough about these two guys!
As for pricing, I can't offer a whole lot in that regard because we didn't shop around for this particular job. But I'll tell you this much: When the job's finally done, you'll sleep well knowing it was done right.

“I’m definitely not the person who usually posts about a company, ha good or bad. I believe that unfortunately the good ol days of “Customer Service” and respect the customer are looong gone, died somewhere in the 80’s I think… I always said if I come across the old school customer service mentality that blows my mind. That we all see an love on the movies from the 30’s and 40’s, I would definitely do a post. Well I’m 43 and believe this is my first post\reviews on a company. Gotta give credit where credit is do.
